Constructive Detention Program
We offer this program to primary schools and high schools as an alternative to detention. It seeks to make use of the detention period to impact and transform the lives of learners. Using a variety of material, we explore life skills and the deeper questions in life. Trained volunteers focus on small group interaction to maximize relational development.

Red Alert
Red Alert is for learners who are repeatedly in detention and at risk for high level disciplinary action. The Red Alert program runs once a week for three weeks, with around five learners per session. Two facilitators take the learners through an in-depth analysis to identify root causes of behavioural problems. The facilitators then walk them through an intensive program aimed at the practical application of what they have learned. This program may also be relevant to groups of learners faced with a particular challenge such as bullying or substance abuse.

Religious Education and Substitution Classes
Our program is relevant not only to those in the disciplinary system but to all learners and so we offer our programs in any classroom setup where we can deeply engage learners where they are at. We are available for a once-off session or to run a series of sessions over a number of weeks or months. We are also available to run our programs repeatedly throughout a day were a teacher to be absent as long as we have sufficient prior notice.

Teambuilding and Group Facilitation
We work with leadership, sport, choir, cultural or any other team or group that would benefit from our program. We facilitate groups through our programs according to their specific need. This could include teambuilding, mediation, preparing a group for a particular challenge or developing their leadership potential. We help teams and groups work through conflicts and can assist in improving communication within the team.
